 PM Narendra Modi to inaugurate Vanijya Bhawan and the NIRYAT Site


India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate Vanijya Bhawan and the NIRYAT Site, both of which are part of the Vanijya Mohalla redevelopment project in New Delhi. The two projects are expected to create over 1,000 jobs and improve the quality of life for residents in the area.

Vanijya Bhawan is an iconic building in the heart of Delhi, which will now serve as the new headquarters of the National Institute of Rural Development (NIRYAT). The Vanijya Bhawan complex, spread over an area of 54 acres, has been designed to accommodate 6000 officials. The NIRYAT Site is located on a 20-acre plot in Palamu district, Rajasthan. It will provide accommodation and amenities to officers working at NIRYAT.


The inauguration ceremony of Vanijya Bhawan and the NIRYAT Site will be presided over by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The event will also feature a performance by Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar.


Vanijya Bhawan


The Narendra Modi-led government has inaugurated Vanijya Bhawan, a state-of-the-art building that was constructed at a cost of Rs. 280 crore. The facility will serve as the official residence of the Prime Minister. Additionally, the NIRYAT Site - an upcoming Rs. 1,200 crore research and development park - will be inaugurated by Modi on Saturday.

Vanijya Bhawan is located in the heart of New Delhi and has a sprawling garden that can accommodate up to 500 guests. The 250-room structure has several eco-friendly features, such as rainwater harvesting and solar panels.

The NIRYAT Site is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh and will comprise eight industrial zones, including a biotechnology park and a petrochemicals park. It is expected to create over 10,000 jobs.
